We offer a newly renovated apartment with two spacious rooms. In the bedroom you a comfy queen size bed, relaxing light s and a blind out curtain. In the living room we have a large and comfortable couch, where you can relax, watch movies on the smart tv or enjoy music. From here opens the balcony where you can relax and enjoy a coffee in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare small snacks, a coffee or have some drinks at the dinning area.

Given the winter conditions, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. All the appliances were easy to use, clean and well kept. We also appreciated the freebies such as coffee capsules and sugar. The owner was welcoming and kept asking for check ups and made sure we were comfortable and got around the place and everything it had to offer. We arrived from a foreign country and after midnight so we could only rely on a small water bottle purchased on the plane, so one or two bottles of water would be a very nice to include so future visitors dont end up in the same situation as us.

Cozy apartment with balcony, walking distance to amenities and good connections to city centre, host was very attentive and explain everything about apartment and recommended some restaurants and tour. Self check in/check out was very easy and straight forward, will definitely recommend for your stay in Budapest. Everything was perfect

Il soggiorno al Valuta GR8 Horizon – Apartment 43sqm è stato semplicemente eccellente. La posizione è perfetta: comoda, strategica e ideale per muoversi facilmente e godersi la zona senza stress. L’appartamento è sorprendentemente spazioso per i suoi 43 mq, ben distribuito e davvero confortevole, con ambienti luminosi e curati nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile: tutto era ordinato, profumato e in condizioni perfette, dando subito una sensazione di accoglienza e relax. Il comfort è di altissimo livello, con arredi moderni, letto comodissimo e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa. Un’esperienza assolutamente consigliata: ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. Tornerò sicuramente! Migliorerei solo l'acqua calda per la doccia che a volte arriva un pò fredda

Bonito apartamento, las camas son muy comodas con almohadas super comodas. El sofa tambien muy comodo tanto para dormir como para sentarse, ademas de muy amplio. Todo muy limpio y el apartamento estaba en un bloque de pisos muy tranquilo. El dueño muy atento por si necesitas algo.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet area, yet just 5 minute's walk to the tram and metro stops to access all areas of the city. Easy walk to local shops, bars, cafes and fine indoor market. The apartment is spacious, bright, well equipped, warm, clean and extremely comfortable. Lovely balcony. We also appreciated the important kitchen extras such as soap, tea towel, bread knife, various sharp catering knives, coffee machine etc. Large TVs in living room and in bedroom. Neat washing machine for clothes etc. Our host, Zoltan, was outstanding. He informed us of everything we needed to gain easy access to the apartment and kept in touch during our stay. When we needed something his response was immediate. Thank you, Zoltan, for a most enjoyable stay.

Location cose to M4 metro and have easy access to bus.I loved the room very clean and nice balcony views Washroom was very clean.I truly recommend for this stay if anyone planning to visit budapest. Not applicable
