Everything was within expectations. The apartment is as it is in the pictures. The parking in the garage is free. Zoltan was an amazing host. He is responsive and really kind! He even let me keep the car parked all morning on checkout day!

Un check-in usor, cheile sunt la locatie intr-o cutie pentru chei, loc de parcare gratis in garaj la subsolul cladirii, Apartamentul este situat intr-un bloc relativ nou, este modern si foarte bine utilitat. Baia este separata de toaleta si dotata cu strictul necesar. Apreciez foarte mult ajutorul acordat de gazda, respectiv necitind cu atentie indicatiile, am parcat masina in garujul ce are o alta intrare, iar Zoltan a venit in 3-4 minute pentru a-mi arata intrarea corecta in parcare.

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail! Sehr gemütlich und gleichzeitig praktisch.
Sehr sauber!! Tolles Bett, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.
Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.

Apartman je prostran, udobno namešten, topao, opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima. Terasa je zatvorena, ali izlaz u malu baštu sa garniturom za sedenje je savršeno odgovarao. Vlasnik je bio dostupan u svakom momentu, a komunikacija je bila veoma laka i pravovremena, dobili smo sve važne informacije i ponudu za pomoć bilo koje vrste tokom našeg boravka u ovom smeštaju. Lokacija je mirna i lepa, nama je bila odlična za šetnju do nekih gradskih znamenitosti. Odličan parking je takođe dobra strana ovog smeštaja. Doći ćemo ponovo.

Przede wszystkim kontakt z właścicielem obiektu zasługuje na wyróżnienie. Kontakt był błyskawiczny, Pan udzielił wszystkich informacji i dodatkowych wskazówek by ułatwić nam pobyt. Czułyśmy się z siostrą dzięki temu bezpiecznie i miałyśmy pewność, że w razie jakichkolwiek problemów szybko uzyskamy pomoc. Samo mieszkanie przytulne, po rozkręceniu kaloryferów ciepłe. Lokalizacja lepsza niż mogłoby się wydawać, obok sklepy i spacerem można dojść właściwie wszędzie gdzie się chce. Po drodze można trafić również na niespodziewane atrakcje np w postaci intrygującego lokalu lub nocnego marketu itp. Jednym słowem możemy z czystym sumieniem polecić gościnę w tym miejscu! 10/10 Brak

One of the best apartmens I have been in Budapest. Looks great and new, there's everything you need, also very quiet place not hearing street or neighbors and Zoltan is a great friendly host, very responsive. Maybe a bit too soft bed and pillows for my taste + polyester bed sheets but hightly recomending, cant go wrong with this place.

Cozy apartment with balcony, walking distance to amenities and good connections to city centre, host was very attentive and explain everything about apartment and recommended some restaurants and tour. Self check in/check out was very easy and straight forward, will definitely recommend for your stay in Budapest. Everything was perfect

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the city center and very well connected by public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. A great place to stay for a few days while exploring Budapest. I definitely recommend it.

It has a very convenient location, close to several means of transportation. The apartment is in a new building, with a modern elevator. Furniture is new and so are the house appliences. Bathroom and toilet are separated. It has a small balcony looking into a tiny private terrace which I guess is very nice in summer. Not that we did not like it - we ate out, but cooking is a bit restrictive.

Il soggiorno al Valuta GR8 Horizon – Apartment 43sqm è stato semplicemente eccellente. La posizione è perfetta: comoda, strategica e ideale per muoversi facilmente e godersi la zona senza stress. L’appartamento è sorprendentemente spazioso per i suoi 43 mq, ben distribuito e davvero confortevole, con ambienti luminosi e curati nei minimi dettagli.
La pulizia è impeccabile: tutto era ordinato, profumato e in condizioni perfette, dando subito una sensazione di accoglienza e relax. Il comfort è di altissimo livello, con arredi moderni, letto comodissimo e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa.
Un’esperienza assolutamente consigliata: ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. Tornerò sicuramente! Migliorerei solo l'acqua calda per la doccia che a volte arriva un pò fredda
