Given the winter conditions, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. All the appliances were easy to use, clean and well kept. We also appreciated the freebies such as coffee capsules and sugar. The owner was welcoming and kept asking for check ups and made sure we were comfortable and got around the place and everything it had to offer. We arrived from a foreign country and after midnight so we could only rely on a small water bottle purchased on the plane, so one or two bottles of water would be a very nice to include so future visitors dont end up in the same situation as us.

Everything was within expectations. The apartment is as it is in the pictures. The parking in the garage is free. Zoltan was an amazing host. He is responsive and really kind! He even let me keep the car parked all morning on checkout day!

One of the best apartmens I have been in Budapest. Looks great and new, there's everything you need, also very quiet place not hearing street or neighbors and Zoltan is a great friendly host, very responsive. Maybe a bit too soft bed and pillows for my taste + polyester bed sheets but hightly recomending, cant go wrong with this place.
